Welcome to CreativCat, where playfulness doesn’t get in the way of results, and every design leaves its pawprint. Boldness here means carving your own path, whether it’s a mental health nonprofit, a small brand breaking into your market, or an adventure company protecting the mountains you love. You make the rules, follow your values, and I make sure your designs keep up.
Meow! I’m Danielle
My quirks sneak into my work in the best way: designs that are smart, thoughtful, and full of purrsonality. If you aren’t a feline friend before working together, you will be after.
Beyond design, I love supporting athletes, adventure brands, and local businesses that protect the outdoors we recreate in.
Design has always been my way of turning ideas into something real, intentional, and a little playful. I founded CreativCat in 2018 to take the stress out of creating designs that feel professional, distinctive, and fully your own. Every project, from logos to digital and print assets, is built to stand tall like the mountains I love, leaving a lasting impression, just like pawprints in fresh snow.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me:
- Skiing fresh powpow meow on the slopes, hiking, biking, or climbing in the Colorado mountains
- Chilling at home with my Assistant CreativCat and CFO, Captain Jack
- Indulging in as much cheese as I can get my paws on
- Surrounding myself in turquoise (gear, office, you name it)
- Enjoying music from Tiësto, Backstreet Boys (Backstreet’s back, alright?), and Odesza
Growing Up and
Getting Here
I grew up in rural Pennsylvania, always knowing I wanted a career that made an impact through creativity. In 2010, I earned my BFA in Graphic Design from Edinboro University before starting my career in Pittsburgh.
In 2015, I moved to Colorado’s mountains, pushing myself completely out of my comfort zone and growing both personally and professionally. That leap helped me become the designer I am today, curious, solution-driven, and ready to create bold visual systems for my clients.
Leaning on some wisdom from my dad, I decided to start my own business over 8 years ago. Now, serving others through design is one of my most important life missions. I specialize in turning challenges into creative solutions, offering everything from branding and packaging projects to magazines, brochures, trade show designs, websites, and social media assets.
Meet Captain Jack
Captain Jack isn’t just a cat, he’s the CFO of CreativCat. He’s been with me for 17 years, all the way back to college where he “supervised” my school projects and picked up a few design opinions of his own. He’s moved with me from Edinboro to Pittsburgh, then Denver, and now Breckenridge, proving he’s as loyal as he is spicy. His tuxedo coat and pirate-like attitude remind us that creativity thrives on curiosity, playfulness, and a little independence.
Though his adventure days are slower now, he still keeps a close eye on every project and loves popping into Zoom calls for a bit of input. He’s been part of this journey from my earliest design days to building CreativCat, and his presence adds personality, authenticity, and a spark of joy to everything we create.
